Domestic orders are shipped via ACS Courier. International orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days. For orders placed before 13:00 the shipment is made on the same working day. During peak periods and days these orders may not be dispatched on the same day.
We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to 3rd party failures.
For domestic orders, we offer free shipping.
For international orders we offer under conditions free shipping.
Free returns within 14 days from the date of the receipt.
Taxes and Duties
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will receive a store credit for the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges and taxes incurred by us from the shipping company.
Currency
All prices shown are in EUR. If you are placing an international order, Your order total will be displayed in EUR at checkout (even where you are using our currency converter to view prices in your local currency) the bank that has issued your card determines the currency conversion rate. We cannot make any guarantees regarding the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank.
Returns policy
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your White account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy.
How to return
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the reusable WHITE packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
Here’s what you need to do:
Send an email to white_boutiques@vigor.gr, with your name, order number and reason of return
You will receive a reply email within 2 days, confirming the return
Place the item inside the WHITE packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases

Refund policy
Once your return has been received and controlled by our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs (if any). Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty items
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, contact our customer service team as soon as possible white_boutiques@vigor.gr
We'll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
