Fashion shows?
Trade shows?
Fashion parties?
Triple no.
We attend, sure!
We visit, of course!
We pass by, absolutely!
But that’s not what we’re really here for.
What we’re really doing is capturing the vibe.
For me, business trips are about scouting for new brands, fresh designers—or even those not-so-new but hidden away, waiting to be discovered in some off-the-grid showroom or a dimly lit, humid basement.
Where others wait in line, we trespass.
What others ignore, we find among the hangers.
This is what we do.
This is who we are.
Old-school blue jeans and super-flared loose denim are making their way back home.
Perfectly in sync with the W vibe.
Loose blazers that conceal flawless—or less-than-flawless—silhouettes in a way that isn’t classically feminine, but is undeniably, magically sexy.
Milano. Day 3. 7:00 a.m.
I’m stretching in the garden outside our twin apartment.
Art steps out in wide-leg joggers, a tank top, and my favorite black blazer.
“Can I wear this today?”
Finally? Of course, yes. And she made heads turn all around Milan.
Not to humblebrag, but we were the most stylish buyers in town, doing it our way—the W way.
At the end of the day, it’s all about style.
Someone recently asked me if you can teach style.
“Cute.”
I’ll stay in touch. You should, too.
